Can I visit a store before buying online?

  • With 20 locations island wide you can always visit a store near you, however not all items shown on the website may be in the store you visit. To find the store nearest to you please click here .

How do I shop on-line?

  • Our online shopping facility (e-commerce facility) is now complete. You can now shop online on our 3D secure website with ease.
  • Wire transfer: you may select the link below to get details on SINGER company’s banking information which can be used to wire money into our account. You may then contact the SINGER store nearest to your relative / loved one to arrange delivery by viewing our locations on the map. Do your prices include Sales Tax?

  • General Consumption Tax (G.C.T.) i.e. Jamaica’s consumption tax is applicable to all items sold at Singer. The standard rate is 16.5%.

What methods of payments do you accept?

  • We accept MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards
  • NCB Keycard (the local credit cards for Jamaican residents).

When will I know that my order has been accepted?

  • Within 24-48 hours a confirmation of your order will be sent to you via e-mail.

Where do you deliver?

  • Purchases made online can only be delivered in Jamaica.

When will my purchase be delivered?

  • Subject to verification of your credit card, you will be contacted via e-mail and advised of estimated delivery date.
  • Deliveries will be done within 7 - 10 working days
  • Store pickup is FREE

Is there a charge for delivery?

  • There is a shipping and handling fee of USD $40.00.

What should I do if my goods arrive damaged?

  • Extreme care and attention is given to all products that are sent to our customers, however if you do recognize that the item is damaged please contact us at 1-888-991-4025 (within Jamaica) or 876-920-6589/93 from anywhere in the world or email us at 
  • We will replace the item within 72 hours of delivery free of charge.
  • Mattresses cannot be exchanged after 48 hours of delivery.
  • A credit to your credit card will be made if a refund is required.

Do you offer warranty on products sold?

  • All products have a one-year warranty. However, we do offer an extended warranty on our products as well. Our product warranty will protect you if a manufacturer’s defect is detected during the warranty period; this is done at no extra charge.
  • Furniture and appliances warranties may be extended up to three years in Jamaica, with our Platinum Protection Plan.

  • We strongly recommend that professional installation be done by our certified technicians upon purchasing any of the following items:- a refrigerator with ice-maker feature, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, air conditioning unit , stove and over the range microwave. Certain ready to assembly furniture will also need installation. Installation charges can be accommodated in your purchase.

What should I do if there is a problem with my product?

  • Singer provides items of superior quality, however, if for any reason there is a problem with the item you have purchased please email us at or contact us at 1-888-991-4025 (within Jamaica) or 876-920-6589/93 from anywhere in the world.
  • Our product warranty will protect you if a fault is detected during the warranty period and this is done at no extra charge

Can I cancel an order?

  • You can cancel an order within 24 hours of it being accepted.
  • If the delivery has already been done the order cannot be cancelled.

How safe is it to give my credit card information on your Web site?
